"I love that they are very understanding and work with you and whatever the situation that you may find yourself in. Leesa has been so helpful and understanding even when I had a simple question regarding my coverage. It doesn’t take days or hours for a response.
I used to be someone that didn’t want to deal with anyone , just an app and messaging interactions regarding insurance, but honestly, it helps having someone being a guiding hand in tough times.
I’ve had many insurance carriers say they care and that we are the priority and that they “understand” what we are going through, but every single one of them has let me down.
