"I’ve experienced a PROFOUNDLY unprofessional and indisputable lack of integrity with this agency. As a 6 year customer it is truly a shame to be abused financially by State Farm so blatantly. I purchased a new car in August and was given a quote that was significantly less then my previous car Mercedes C300 which we were delighted because this new car Buick Envista was purchased 30,000 less with 200,000 less liability $193 was original amount of the new car quote. One week later the price went up $232 which I questioned immediately but paid in person at the insurance office as I was assured the error would be fixed. Three weeks later it changed again to $251. I went IN PERSON to my agents office where they made it clear I would get a credit for this error. I was sent the declaration page in writing which stated my bill was 887.92 for 6 months. One week later 1103.63. They attempted to LIE saying my son was not on the insurance when his name is listed on the declaration page as a driver for 6 years. Today it’s changed again to $384 which is $160 MORE. According to my agent Sherwin Shafiee and his office assistant Sylvia Salinas the misleading information given me, huge price qouging which should be criminal and total disregard for customer loyalty is beyond their capabilities to resolve. They accept no responsibility for multiple changes in a 8 week period of time and try to place blame on the “back office”. Rather than simply fixing the issue once and for all. If you put in writing what the bill is THAT is the bill. Integrity is State Farm honoring what’s in writing and/or at a minimum informing of the possibility of a change before it happens. NOT 2 months later. Integrity is admitting your mistakes and CORRECTING them. Which has not happened."
